Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Training and grooming the regional Teams to ensure optimal execution of marketing activity project plans for the BTL activities across India.
• Overall responsible for the staff capability and service quality of OPPO brand store.
• Create high quality service experience based on consumer journey, Improve store OEC competence, in-store activity execution SOP, and conduct regular store audit.
• Recruit store managers, and grow their capability and drive better store operation (sales, activation, service, operation) through consistent learning program & practice.
• Motivate (regional) store managers through KPI deployment, performance assessment, and recognition/incentive program to drive target achievement.
• Build strong connection between OI & regional OBS team, develop competitive compensation program for store managers, drive brand value & culture alignment
• Responsible for store productivity, retail standard, customer Word of Mouth (NPS)

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 years+ working experience in retail business.
• Solid knowledge of training, retail store operation or employ development
• Result and detailed orientation, good skill of communication, training, coaching, Proficiency in
  Microsoft office, knowledge.
• Minimum bachelors degree is required.
• Accept regional or international business travel.
