Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Sr Manager to lead digital, influencer, and trade marketing efforts for our fashion brands across GCC marketplaces (Noon, Namshi, Amazon) and social media channels. The role focuses on driving performance, brand visibility, and ROI through digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and event planning in key GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
- Drive marketing strategies across Noon, Namshi, and Amazon, focusing on PPC, display ads, and social media campaigns.
- Manage brand-owned social channels, creating content tailored to GCC audiences.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop campaign assets (banners, storefronts, videos).
2. Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and onboard GCC-based influencers to boost brand awareness and conversions.
- Manage influencer contracts, ensuring content aligns with brand goals.
- Track and optimize influencer performance metrics to ensure ROI.
3. Trade Marketing & Events:
- Manage marketplace event calendars (White Friday, Ramadan) and execute trade activations.
- Plan and deliver brand pop-ups, fashion shows, and trade events.
- Ensure co-branded marketing initiatives with marketplaces.
4. Budget & ROI Management:
- Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across channels.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in GCC marketplaces (Noon, Namshi, Amazon) and influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proven skills in event planning and trade marketing.
- Analytical mindset to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
