Job Description

Position: Trainee Application Support Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore

Candidate should be able to technically understand the product and Provide software application support to our clients.
Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the backend team and get it resolved.
Automation Testing knowledge is required(Selenium or Appium) and should be able to read and understand the error logs
Manage the support tickets by taking ownership of the Ticketing system, do the regular followups until the resolution provided.
Consulting with the software development team, internal users to improve application performance.
Should be a good team player and able to work collaboratively with other support staff.
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
Prior experience in support for Test solutions/platforms in mobility will be an added advantage.
Any prior experience in support for foreign clients will be an added advantage.
