Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, transportation, and facility administration.
  
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure optimal condition.
  
• Develop and implement policies for facility management services (FMS) contracts with vendors.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to facilities usage and maintenance.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all aspects of facility operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Facility Management Services or similar role.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Mandatory MBA preferred.
  
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Age between 30 to 38
