• Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and meeting SLA targets.
  
• Oversee team management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
  
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce shrinkage through effective floor management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in operational metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time).
