Operations Executive

Job Description

• To coordinate with clients and complete formalities for setting up their investment a/c and fulfil their operational requirements.
• Coordinating with and assisting Clients for investment related queries.
• Developing a strong knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned with the company's investment philosophy.
• To take care of the back office and liaison with other partners for operations related work.
• To work on MIS and other internal data related to business.
• Follow up with the clients for pendency and fulfilling their requirement.
• Updating the clients on their portfolio and assist them in resolving their queries.
• Deliver Service with utmost action and ensure Client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Any Graduate with good communication skills and Fluency in English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emailing, Google Sheets, Online Meeting Tools)
• Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Insurance Industry (not mandatory/ but will be preferred).
• Certification related to the role will be an advantage.
• (1-3yrs) of Work experience in similar Profile.
