About this position: This role is responsible for handling operations for B2B digital platform offering Airport services. The ideal candidate will be part of the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with airport service operators
• To supervise and manage relationship with all frontline partners (Tech partner & service partners) for ensuring uninterrupted platform operations.
• To handle escalations and efficient resolution of all customer queries
• Prepare daily reports for internal tracking and analysis
• To prepare periodic MIS and share the same with identified stakeholders.
• Create / Ensure SOP fulfilment and coordinate regular partner trainings.
• Analysing the transaction trends for different programs and submit report to the management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Managing all the invoices and related issues for assigned services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in handling digital side of airport services operations
• Relevant exposure in travel / airport / hospitality sector in operations and customer support function.
• Basic understanding of technology
• Capability to deal with basics of the technical, contractual and financial aspects of the business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience of working at Airport in service areas such as lounges, meet & Greet, F&B etc will be suitable.
