Role & responsibilities
Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, English & Hindi is a must…
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Know-how in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS based products will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions for customer queries.
- Educate customers about product features, updates, and services.
