Job Description
- Provide direction and leadership to a staff of direct reports, foster employee development and employee engagement
- Deliver assigned projects to time, budget and agreed quality standards
- Lead teams to ensure project delivery success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, internal and external
- Ensure appropriate and timely reporting against each project
- Manage communication cross-functionally and escalate promptly as issues arise
- Facilitate regular Steering Committee meetings and present to senior level management
- Provide resource forecasting and optimize usage of resources
- Refine and improve the in-house methodology and delivery processes
- Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure plans resources are coordinated, and project deliverables are well defined, scoped and achieved
- Ensure project management documentation is maintained including but not limited to project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards and project SharePoint sites
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related discipline
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years managing direct reports
