Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and implement elegant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and modern front-end web development best practices.
- Create detailed mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the UI/UX design process.
- Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code that meets established coding standards and practices.
- Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in front-end development strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Must Have
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including component design and state management.
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS, including responsive design principles.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful Web Services and integrating front-end components with back-end APIs.
- Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Java and experience with GWT (Google Web Toolkit).
- Familiarity with REST API development and best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CI/CD Pipelines) to facilitate streamlined deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering UI/UX-focused projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI/UX design and front-end development.
