Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer , you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. These would cut across various systems and devices. At the core will be the need to drive future technology implementations.

- Major emphasis on writing excellent code following industry best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Design, development and sustenance of Viewing products.
- Ownership and technical leadership end-to-end; design, development, validation and test automation, deployment, and support in production.
- Work closely with Quality Engineering to review test plans and test cases
- Provide technical guidance for major software initiatives, including technology standardization and modernization.
- Team technical leadership distribute tasks, track progress, technical risk assessment, problem solving, early risk notification, report progress and status to manager.
- Perform all assigned jobs with minimal assistance from the supervisor
- Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports and customer escalations
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- 5 + years of enterprise product development experience
- Good knowledge on Algorithm design and analysis, including knowledge of data structures and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and loosely coupled design.
- Expert in C++, COM, ATL, WIN 32 and MFC .
- Writing high performance, reusable code modules
- Good communications skills
- Web service technologies (REST or SOAP) are desirable.
- Experience working with server internals such as multi threads, process model, memory management, scheduler, clustering, and load balancing are strongly preferred.
- Superior ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong hands-on in software development using C++ and C
- Experience in development and support of enterprise applications
- Experience in use of Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience with perforce and TeamCity
