E-Mail and CRM Manager

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM - 01:00 AM / 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and execute email campaigns on a regular basis to improve engagement and convert
• dentify user behavior and automate campaigns for follow-ups and retention
  Build and execute A/B tests to reach engagement objectives
• Working closely with Sales & Business teams to define objectives, share sales qualified leads
  and exchange insights on marketing efforts
• Collaborate closely with other teams in marketing to create content and design
  Create end-to-end drip campaigns and manage workflow rules, data validation and triggers
• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards to monitor campaigns, qualified l
  leads, opportunities and business impact
• dentify and test new approaches to driving effective communication
• Establish and maintain scalable and automated processes that ensure best practices in
  campaign and lead management
• Create email funnels to generate conversions and retention
• Create modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot, warm and cold leads
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and creation of landing pages.
• Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance (Preferably for B2B audience)
  Keen eye and aptitude for trouble-shooting with solutions led approach Other duties that may
  come with the role and the needs of the business
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors or masters in marketing or related discipline
• 6 8 years of digital marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably
• Hands on experience in any CRM, Zoho Campaigns or similar tool preferred
• Have proven experience of managing B2B campaigns
• Strong communication skills written and oral
• Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
• Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI
• Sufficient experience in marketing automation and content management systems
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
• Skilled in problem solving and project management
• Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results.
