Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

Shift Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM (Monday - Saturday).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing by leveraging social media to build a community and brand awareness
• Write excellent social media content
• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
• Develop new approaches for market development using social media channels
• Write metrics driven engaging social media content daily to increase traffic on these sites
• Document procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make process more efficient
• Using LinkedIn for engaging with our target audiences by networking, sharing content, finding ways to grow LinkedIn company followership, and improving overall engagement
• Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed
• Staying ahead of the curve in leveraging social media trends and adapting them effectively
• Develop and implement a simple, high-impact manner of communicating Thought-Leadership outputs (internally and externally)
• Build and manage a robust social media calendar and activities
• Coordinate with creative team for graphic requirement
• Keep a track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns to increase followers and brand identity
• Scheduling social media posts using online applications
• Writing search engine-optimized blogs and other content for website(s) that will increase traffic
• Promoting content over social media, blog, in a way that is consistent with our organisation's brand image
• Interacting with the other marketing functions like design, demand generation teams to develop impactful brand-led marketing campaigns
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform aligning it with the latest trends
• Actively collaborate with mark anto alyze the meeting team to ensure all projects are on budget and to deadline
• Create and analyse monthly social media metrics to find ways to enhance visibility
• Conduct market research and competition benchmarking and keep updated with latest current trends and guidelines
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills and Requirements

• A Masters degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing capacity, conducting online marketing, or social media marketing, preferably from agency or eLearning background
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Extremely creative, good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Excellent command of English and fluent writing style
• Interest and ability in online communications and developing communications content
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
