Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1) Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company.
2) Advising on Contract status, legal risk, and legal liabilities associated with different deals.
3) Advising executives within the company and working alongside other departments within the company.
4) Offering counsel on a variety of legal issues.
5) Researching and Anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company.
6) Review Policies to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.
7) Great knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).
8) Handling of Legal Cases including but not limited to Court Visits, coordinating with the external lawyers, research work and documentation.
