Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework.
- Integrate location services, notifications, video recording, and third-party services within Flutter applications.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement user-friendly and responsive UI/UX based on specific requirements.
- Integrate and manage Firebase services for various mobile app functionalities.
- Apply strong knowledge of design patterns, beyond MVP, MVVM, and MVC, to enhance application architecture and performance.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and frameworks, embracing new challenges in app development.
- Actively contribute to cross-platform development initiatives within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Flutter Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart framework for building mobile applications.
- Android & iOS Familiarity: Knowledge of Android SDK, including different Android versions, NDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and Lint, and managing diverse screen sizes. Exposure to iOS development using Swift is a plus.
- Performance Optimization: Familiarity with performance profiling tools in Android and best practices for optimizing app performance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Understanding of JUnit and other unit testing concepts, with an emphasis on writing testable and reliable code.
- Version Control: Proficiency in using GitHub/Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
- Cloud & API Integration: Experience with integrating third-party libraries, RESTful APIs, Firebase, and cloud messaging APIs (including push notifications).
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Exceptional logical thinking and analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Android Studio and its ecosystem.
- Understanding of Swift/iOS development for cross-platform collaboration.
- Familiarity with different Android screen sizes and resolutions.
