We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic development team located in Kerala. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You should have a strong understanding of Android app development best practices and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create a seamless user experience.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Android development.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in Android app development.
Proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
Strong understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
Create custom SDKs.
Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or MVP.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Experience with unit testing and debugging techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in developing SDKs (Software Development Kits) is a plus.
