Job Description
- Achieving monthly budgets for International freight volumes.
- Implement a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.
- Seek/create opportunities to expand business with current clients; identify further business needs and develop and present solutions.
- Securing customers through face-to-face meetings and by maintaining a strong business pipeline for regular conversion.
- Co-ordinating with Internal procurement teams to obtain targeted freights & value added 3PL service costs, to meet customers price requirements.
- Collecting market intelligence for identifying new opportunities & for customizing service offerings for customers.
- Have more than 7 years work experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Internal and External Customers.
- The person should be capable of fostering strong relationships with the target customers, to sell International freight & value added 3PL solutions.
- Result- oriented and places great emphasis on customer focus.
