Achieving monthly budgets for International freight volumes.
Provide leadership and direction to sales team and lead from the front to achieve their objectives
Maintain and develop client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customer are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
Securing customers through face-to-face meetings and by maintaining a strong business pipeline for regular conversion.
Co-ordinating with Internal procurement teams to obtain targeted freights & value added 3PL service costs, to meet customers price requirements.
Collecting market intelligence for identifying new opportunities & for customizing service offerings for customers.

Requirements
Have more than 7 years work experience
Strong communicat ion, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Internal and External Customers.
The person should be capable of fostering strong relationships with the target customers, to sell International freight & value added 3PL solutions.
