Warehouse (Sr. Executive/Asst Manager)

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Distribution Planning: Develop and implement distribution strategies that ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels, reducing excess stock while ensuring product availability.
• Cost Control: Monitor and manage distribution costs to achieve cost efficiency and align with budgetary requirements.
• Supplier and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, coordinating with the production, sales, and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and inform future distribution planning.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and distribution to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution management practices.
• Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management tools (SAP, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
