Onward Technologies - Software Validation Engineer - ASPICE Implementation (3-8 yrs)

Position Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Reviewing software requirements (SWE 1) and ensuring their completeness and accuracy.

- Developing and executing software qualification tests (SWE 6) to verify compliance with specifications.

- Utilizing AUTOSAR software for automotive applications.

- Proficient in Python, CAPL programming, or other automation scripting languages to enhance efficiency and automation in software development processes.

- Familiarity with Diagnostics protocols such as UDS or OBD.

- Understanding of software architecture principles, including UML or SYSUML.

- Strong grasp of the C language for embedded software development.

- Creating and maintaining test cases using tools like JAMA, DOORS, PTC, or similar platforms.

- Experience in debugging software using tools like iSystems, Lauterbach, or equivalent.

- Hands-on experience with Dspace HIL or similar hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.

- Proficiency in utilizing the CANoe tool for automotive network testing and simulation.

- Experience with digital oscilloscopes for hardware debugging and analysis.

- Familiarity with ASPICE standards, particularly in the context of software development (SWE 6).

Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry, particularly in software engineering roles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in automotive software development.
