Work Location:

• Primary Location: UK

Scope of Work:

• Develop Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) based on Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
• Ensure compliance with AIAG-VDA standards for FMEA development.
• Utilize ReliaSoft tool (preferred but not mandatory).
• Conduct business gap analyses to drive process innovations in manufacturing.
• Implement preventative measures by identifying potential failure modes through structured analysis.
• Deploy digital tools to monitor and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), leading to increased process efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in process engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA and DFMEA methodologies.
• Familiarity with AIAG-VDA FMEA standards.
• Hands-on experience with FMEA tools such as ReliaSoft (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in Trim and Final processes.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and implement improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
