Design Engineer

Work Experience: 3-6 Years of experience on Fixture Design with good exposure in Assembly Fixture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and proving out of Production lines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fixture Designer Experience in Assembly/Welding Fixture Design
• Material handling device, Trolley & Gripper Design
• Knowledge of validation of equipment digitally
• Risk Assessment Document Preparations
• Responsible for preparation and compilation of Final Documentation
• Able to handle different Variants in the same fixture.
• Conduct Design Review Meetings
• Documentation and BoM Creation

Skills Expected:

Preferred candidate profile

• Good hands-on Experience & Exposure to BiW/CiW process and Problem resolution.
• Should have good communication Skills & should be from automotive background.
• Software Knowledge in NX12/UG NX Designer
• Experience in On-site activities will be an added advantage.
