Tool Room Manager

Role & responsibilities

Tooling Management:

• Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of all tooling, including punches, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools.
• Oversee the design and fabrication of new tooling as per production requirements.
• Work closely with engineers and production personnel to develop and implement cost-effective tooling solutions.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all tooling and equipment meet required specifications

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of experience as a Tool Room Manager or Supervisor in a sheet metal fabrication or related industry.
