About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Practice Head to lead and drive our SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical expertise in SAP solutions, and a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations. As the SAP Practice Head, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of SAP professionals, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the SAP practice, managing all SAP-related services, including strategy, implementation, and support.
• Build and manage a high-performance team of SAP consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute the SAP practice roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage and deliver SAP projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Provide thought leadership and stay updated on SAP innovations, recommending improvements to client operations.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored SAP solutions.
• Oversee resource allocation and project prioritization to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in SAP practice management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions and implementation best practices.
• Strong experience in project management and delivering large-scale SAP projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
