Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI Strategy: Define and implement the architectural vision for intelligent SaaS applications powered by AI/ML technologies.
• Hands-On Development: Collaborate with teams to build and integrate AI/ML models, frameworks, and tools that deliver measurable business impact.
• Accelerated AI Development: Utilize low-code/no-code platforms like Cybercoder to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven applications.
• Cloud-Native AI Solutions: Architect scalable AI workflows leveraging cloud platforms such as GCP Vertex AI.
• Drive Innovation: Explore and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the AI domain.
• AI Model Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI/ML models in production environments.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence in AI practices.

Qualifications:

• Extensive AI/ML Experience:
• 12+ years in software development, including 3+ years designing and deploying AI-powered systems.
• 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer will add immense value.
• Proven success in delivering production-ready AI solutions at scale.
• Technical Excellence:
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Adept at using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Cybercoder, Mendix) to accelerate development cycles.
• Innovative Mindset:
• Passion for exploring and applying cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive creative solutions in complex environments.
• Leadership Skills:
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
