Mis Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Perform data analysis using Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts) to identify trends and insights.
3. Prepare clear and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
4. Assist in creating dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
6. Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.
7. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (internship experience counts).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint etc.
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
