Client Relationship Executive

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, gather information, and generate leads.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers effectively, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.

• Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by following up on leads and converting inquiries into sales.

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding products and services, and report findings to management.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
