Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for attending the incoming and outgoing calls at the center.

2. Maintain Record of Inwards and Outward Mails.

3. To carry out routine work of the front desk including handling patient queries and guidance on phone.

4. Schedule appointments for consultation/procedures for patients on telephone

5. Extend hospitality to visitors and guests at the center.

• Graduates can apply.
• Candidate must have good communication skills and should be presentable in appearance.
