Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on their accounts.
3. Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments to understand clients' business goals, challenges, and requirements.
4. Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and propose tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business growth.
5. Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
6. Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure timely payment, resolve any billing issues, and maintain accurate records.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on client accounts, including metrics on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
