Job Title: Finance Manager- Mumbai


Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Onix Renewable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including liaising with bankers and financial institutions, renewing and securing fresh loans, and ensuring the smooth management of financial activities. This role requires strong expertise in finance, fundraising, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with bankers for the renewal of existing loans and securing new loans.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions for securing subsidies, loans, Bank Guarantees (BG), and Letters of Credit (LC).
• Preparation of bank limit proposals and ensuring the availability of working capital and term loans from banks and government institutes.
• Raise funds through various financial instruments, including working capital, term loans, and project finance.
• Work closely with both domestic and international financial institutions for fund raising at competitive interest rates.
• Prepare detailed project reports, CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangements), and financial projections.
• Manage combined fund flow for both Indian and overseas operations, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Provide knowledge on the general requirements of banks and government financial institutions.
• Explore opportunities for raising funds through private placements, venture capital (V.C.), private equity (P.E.), and IPOs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (C.A.) qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance, fund raising, and liaising with banks and government institutions.
• Expertise in project finance, including preparation of financial documents and raising funds through various means.
• Knowledge of international financial instruments and funding options.
• Prior experience with foreign fund raising and managing financial operations across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of private equity, venture capital, IPO, and other financial instruments will be an added advantage.
