Key Responsibilities
- Own test automation across Onit platform
- Maintain code coverage, code quality, script efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan, organize and implement test automation solutions/framework for products, critical features and releases
- Drive tools or technology related research and migration
- Implementation of best practices during development and CI execution
- Contribute to hands on development, review and execution
- Coach and mentor team members
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
- Test automation architect with 12-15 yrs of experience in test automation
- Hands-on java script development and review experience
- Expertise in Cypress/Playwright or any JS base test automation tools
- Expertise in test automation architecture, framework design and design patterns
- Strong experience in AWS, environment and infrastructure management, build and deployment
- Strong experience in Jenkins or Git pipeline and code management
- Ability to do release and sprint planning
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
