Senior Automation Architect - Selenium/C# (10-17 yrs)

Primary Skiils :

- Selenium with C#, Frame works development, Testing tools setup and configuration, Automation test Strategy, Selenium, Test Management tools like Jira, Testing process documentation

Secondary Skills :

- Mobile Automation Testing (IoS, Andorid),API Testing (RESTful, Postman), DB/ETL Testing, Cypress, TOSCA

Technical Expertise :

- Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium + Java & any other commercial tools.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process.

Pre-Sales Skills :

- Experience in test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.

Leadership and Collaboration :

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
