At Oneture we are looking for people like you, youll be a part of a growing team; you will work in small, multi-disciplinary, fast-moving teams that co-build new digital products, services, and experiences based on innovative ideas. You will play a critical role in building solutions from scratch, iterating quickly, and getting them client/market-ready.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain the Lead Management System, ensuring high throughput, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Implement and optimize Kafka for real-time messaging and data processing.

Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and SQL Server, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Leverage AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS) for building scalable cloud-based solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines to maintain high code quality standards.

Optimize system performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data and traffic.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the system remains at the forefront of innovation.

Education : Bachelor s degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Experience:

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

Proficiency with Kafka for real-time messaging and stream processing.

Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, etc.) and cloud architecture.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plus.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.

Solid understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and high-throughput systems.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
