Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MERN stack.

- Architect scalable and maintainable backend systems, including server applications, APIs, and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end (React) and back-end (Node) components of our applications.

- Ensuring the best practices of software engineering are adhered to and architecture of open source applications is security designed and architected

- Design and test application to ensure cross-platform responsiveness and efficiency for mobile. Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

- Education : Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institute.

- Experience : 4 to 5 years of proven experience as Full Stack Developer, including hands-on experience in working on large scale product / platform development

Required Technical Skills :

- Experienced in Full Stack development with a focus on React development.

- Strong understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.

- Expertise in Node.js, React JS, Express JS, MongoDB, and other web development technologies.

- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of version control (e.g. Git) and package management (e.g. npm).
