About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Architect to lead the frontend development team for a cutting-edge Generative AI-based Co-pilot Development project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and Node.js, with knowledge of GraphQL as a strong advantage. You will work closely with designers, AI engineers, product managers, and backend engineers to architect and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the frontend development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.

Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, design solutions, and implement features.

Integrate the frontend with backend services and APIs, including GraphQL (preferred).

Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend and full-stack development.

Ensure the application is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Expert knowledge of React and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc.).

Strong experience with Node.js and building scalable backend services.

Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects.

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with GraphQL and its implementation.

Background in AI/ML or Generative AI projects.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Proficiency in modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
