Oneture Technologies - Full Stack Architect - Node.js/React.js (7-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Architect to lead the frontend development team for a cutting-edge Generative AI-based Co-pilot Development project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and Node.js, with knowledge of GraphQL as a strong advantage. You will work closely with designers, AI engineers, product managers, and backend engineers to architect and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the frontend development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, design solutions, and implement features.

- Integrate the frontend with backend services and APIs, including GraphQL (preferred).

- Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend and full-stack development.

- Ensure the application is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Technical Skills :

- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Expert knowledge of React and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc).

- Strong experience with Node.js and building scalable backend services.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with GraphQL and its implementation.

- Background in AI/ML or Generative AI projects.

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Proficiency in modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
