Massive Mobility - Full Stack Lead - Node.js/React.js (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Massive Mobility is an EV charging company that is building an EV ecosystem by building a super-dense, intelligent, connected network of charging solutions catering to EVs (3-wheelers/2-wheelers/4-wheeler) as well as providing EVs on lease in partnership with OEMs and fleet operators.

Massive Mobility operates three brands, including 1C, ZECAT and Bharat Mobility, which offer focused experience in their respective fields.

1C has developed its hardware in the 3.3 kWh category (LEAVC) and has created a marketplace for charger OEMs with more than 26 brands listed on its website.

Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for working with the team to develop and maintain the full-stack web application

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams, contribute to the definition of specifications for new features, and own the development of those features

- Define and implement web services and the application backend microservices

- Implement and/or assist with the web UI/UX development

- Guide the team regarding constraints and best practices in a web platform environment

- Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks, fix bugs and performance issues

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

- Ensure testing strategy is followed within the team

- Support the services you build in production

- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure robust optimization and functionality

- Help team with technical challenges

- Code review and deployment

- Technical documentation

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

- Minimum 8+ as full stack Development

- Proficiency in JS / Full Stack Frameworks (Node, React) as well as (MSSQL, MongoDB)

- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks

- Strong experience in data structures and algorithms, design patterns

- Hands-on experience in docker

- REST Web Services (GraphQL experience is a plus)

- Product/Service ownership or Project Management experience a plus

- Git version control and collaboration

- Experience/Knowledge in AWS cloud deployments.
