1) NPS and Service Quality Oversight: Oversee strategies to boost the NPS of OnePlus India's online services and ensure online channel service quality.
2) Problem Identification and Resolution Guidance: Organize analysis to find online service issues, and guide the team to make and carry out improvement plans.
3) Quality Inspection Team Leadership and Customer Experience Boost: Manage and mentor the quality team. Conduct customer research and evaluation to improve customer experience.
4) Service Standardization and Competitiveness Monitoring: Oversee the development of local online service standards. Track the competition and enhance service competitiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
1) Bachelor's degree or above.
2) 5-10 years of quality assurance experience in India, with 2+ years in a supervisory role in service - quality control, especially in tech or consumer electronics.
3) In-depth understanding of Indian business, consumer behavior, and local service-quality standards.
4) Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and local data-analysis tools. Clear logic and good data sensitivity, with an awareness of optimization and improvement.
5) Excellent English and Hindi communication. Strong leadership, teamwork, and stress - resistance.
