Designation : Executive - Admin

Reporting to : Senior Manager - HR

Total Years of experience : 6-10 years

Location : Mysore

Qualification: PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations/MLW / MSW / MHRM

Job Status : Contract
Job Period : 1 Year
CTC : 6-10 Lacs

Objective: This position is part of the Mysore site of Freudenberg Chemical Specialties at Mysore (Klueber, Chem-Trend) and this role is focused on all admin related activities to the plant.

Job Profile:
Primary Role & Responsibility:

  • Facility Management: Oversee and manage the physical infrastructure of the plant. Ensure a safe, clean, and organised work environment for all employees.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the plant & ensure IMS standards in all aspects of work related to this position.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with various vendors and service providers to maintain and improve plant facilities. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective services.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain and update records related to labour laws, plant licenses, permits, and compliance with statutory regulations. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Security: Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard the plant's assets and personnel. Coordinate security personnel and systems effectively.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets related to administrative functions. Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Upkeep of site facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
  • Acting as an info-hub for providing administration related support and supervising administrative activities like general admin- verification of stationery stock, business cards, hired vehicles, hotel booking, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, AMCs etc.
  • Experience in handling front office and back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing etc.
  • Adept at managing all administrative activities involving matrix card, IT support, purchase of equipment, procurement, housekeeping, safety, security etc.
  • Managing repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances etc.
  • Experience of working in fast paced MNC environment is preferred.



Skills & personal attributes:

  1. Essential:
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command over English and local language
  • Strong experience in maintaining employee relations
  • Practical and working knowledge employment laws.
  • Should be self-motivated, energetic and solution oriented.
  • Fundamental knowledge in all HR subjects
  • Willingness to work independently on all initiatives as an individual contributor

  • Amicable and pleasant behaviour to deal with multiple personalities including expats
  • Competence to handle high pressure at workplace and willingness to stretch goals
