- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a critical role in driving the operational excellence and strategic growth of OneInsure.
- This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across all departments, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee all operational functions, including sales, customer service, claims processing, underwriting, compliance, and technology.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize operational budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems for scalability and efficiency, including the adoption of new technologies that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth strategy.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and address emerging challenges in the insurance market.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff across all departments.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and employee growth.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented individuals to support operational growth and build a strong leadership pipeline.
Technology & Innovation:
- Leverage technology to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and gain a competitive advantage.
- Explore and implement new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making across all operational functions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years' of executive experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations Management, or a related field.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making based on data-driven insights.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control of operations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop long-term operational plans, and align operational goals with the company's overall business strategy.
Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
Change Management: Ability to effectively manage change within the organization and lead teams through periods of transition.
Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Results-Orientation: Strong focus on achieving operational goals, improving efficiency, and driving profitable growth.
