Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager - Direct Marketing to join our team in Chennai.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

The Branch Manager will oversee direct marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer engagement while leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective market segmentation strategies to identify and target key customer groups.

- Design and manage direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail initiatives, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Lead the branch team in achieving sales targets and executing strategic sales plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

- Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and sales data to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and motivating team members.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in market segmentation, campaign management, and direct mail initiatives.

- Demonstrated expertise in sales and project management.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
