EarlySalary - Manager - Search Engine Optimization (5-7 yrs)

Core Responsibilities:

1. Develop effective strategies for search engine optimization, including on-page and off-page tactics.

2. Establish frameworks and processes for SEO implementation across teams to ensure optimal results.

3. Recruit, mentor, and supervise a team of SEO experts, providing guidance and support.

4. Lead SEO strategies, defining budget, resources, and success metrics for both on-page and off-page efforts.

5. Dive deep into SEO reporting, improving data quality and creating funnel reports as needed, and defining tasks for teams on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

6. Perform keyword research aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and possess a strong grasp of technical SEO.

7. Analyze SEO insights and compile comprehensive reports covering audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, and more.

8. Collaborate closely with the Content Team to develop a content pipeline, securing necessary resources with management buy-in.

Preference and Experience:

1. 5 or more years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably with 2-3 years in the Finance industry.

2. Proven track record of managing teams and achieving ranking improvements in competitive markets.

3. Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Sheets.

4. Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, HTML/CSS, and experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is advantageous.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

6. Strong numerical aptitude, analytical mindset, and a sense of ownership towards performance and company success.
