Job Summary:.

- We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing, along with design skills to create engaging visuals.

- The ideal candidate will lead a small team and execute high-impact campaigns using both data-driven strategies and creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.

- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media efforts.

- Oversee performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.

- Create and edit high-quality graphics, social media creatives, and ad banners using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.

- Optimize marketing funnels, website traffic, and conversion rates.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.

- Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:.

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and analytics.

- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools for creating marketing visuals.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.

- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead nurturing.

- Ability to manage a small team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Google Ads and HubSpot certifications are a plus.

- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce industries is a bonus.
