Station Manager - Kalyan

Role & responsibilities :

• Strong people & Stakeholder management skills.
• Responsible for defining, build & execute the delivery process/plans from the delivery station to the customer address for the assigned geography.
• Ensuring enough bandwidth concerning resources, workforce, etc. for a responsible distribution center to accomplish the peak season deliveries on time.
• Responsible for engaging closely with the delivery team and constructing a highly motivated and performance-driven workforce.
• Responsible for the Distribution Centres assets including inventory and cash.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Graduation Required
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Last Mile Delivery.
