Requirements:
1. 2 to 3 years of experience in Level 2 Application (mobile & web) support
2. Inclination towards QA Testing
3. Knowledge on cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog , ELK
4. Hands on experience in Application monitoring, Incident management, SLAs & Escalations
5. Proven experience in using any major ITSM tools (JIRA preferred)
6. Hands on experience with good command on Database (SQL & NO SQL ) handling
7. Good command in Microsoft Office suite
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Skills:
1. Experience in handling Apple app-store and Google Play store
2. Knowledge about source code version control, DB Optimization.
3. Experience in Change Management Process
4. Connected car feature understanding
5. QA Testing of Web or Mobile apps
