Java + Functional Analyst

We require a techno-functional analyst with good hands-on experience in Java / Oracle / APIs, with 4 to 5 years of industry experience in enterprise applications and production maintenance. We need good experience with Java programming, which is a critical requirement for managing the dealer application and aligning with the current vacancy as outlined in the job description.

He/ She would be visiting our Bidadi location office on daily basis!

Additional Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

•   4 to 5 Plus years of experience in a Techno Functional role within the IT industry
• Hands-on experience in the area of Java and oracle/SQL, API
• Experience in handling team and project
• Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Experience working with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather necessary information.

• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize and communicate findings.
• Solution Design: Work with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions that address business needs. Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Change Management: Review - Requirement, Impact, effort estimation, test cases
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts. Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and propose solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Documentation & Knowledge Mgmt. :  Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories & ensure all artifacts are accessible and up to date.
