Key Responsibilities:

Tele-Sales:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to products or services, and securing sales appointments or closing deals.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring additional sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by generating new business and retaining clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Follow-ups: Perform follow-up calls to close deals or gather feedback for potential improvements.

Field Sales:

  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings at their location to present products/services, understand client needs, and close sales.
  • Presentations: Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients during in-person visits.
  • Market Research: Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities in assigned regions, conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients through regular face-to-face visits and maintaining excellent communication.
  • Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure both client satisfaction and business profitability.
