We are seeking a highly driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead all performance marketing initiatives across Shiprocket s suite of products. You will be a champion of automation and leverage AI/ML to drive campaign efficiency and unlock new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for exploring and executing cutting-edge performance marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates and most importantly, emerging platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across all relevant channels.
Drive continuous innovation and experimentation, exploring new channels and emerging technologies (e.g., TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing).
Leverage AI/ML to optimize campaigns, automate tasks, and improve campaign performance.
Deeply understand user behavior, customer journey, and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
Conduct in-depth data analysis, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, customer success) to achieve business objectives.
Manage budgets effectively, track ROI, and ensure the highest possible return on ad spend.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of performance marketing specialists (if applicable in the future).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proven track record of success in managing high-volume, high-impact performance marketing campaigns, both individually and as a team lead.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
Experience with AI/ML-powered marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads Smart Bidding, Facebook Ads+).
Experience with emerging marketing channels and technologies.
Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bonus Points: Experience with unlocking new and untested marketing channels. Demonstrated success in using AI/ML to drive campaign optimization and efficiency.
