Creative Designer - Motion Design

Job Description:

• Drive the animation vision for projects, contributing innovative and creative ideas.
• Craft high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using After Effects and other relevant animation tools.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure animations align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Proficient in After Effects and other relevant animation software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional animation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for animation and a strong desire to create impactful and engaging work.
• This role is to 3D animate for award-winning work shown globally across many platforms.
• Realistic creature, character, and physics-based hard body animation.
• Ensuring animation meets production deadlines and quality standards.
• Must be able to work independently or within teams to achieve high quality assets.
• Attention to detail and awareness of schedule and daily output goals in consultation with VFX Supervisor.
• Pro-active team member who demonstrates a strong sense of creativity and respect for aesthetics.
• Collaborating with compositors to deliver all assets required for final render.
• Managing files, asset libraries and update procedures documentation.
• Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
• Recreating real world environments and layouts.
• Create visually engaging slides, incorporating photography, illustration, motion, graphics, charts, infographics, and multimedia elements, to effectively convey information and key messages.
