About the Role :

Annalect Bangalore is seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Development Manager to lead our software development team in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, particularly in e commerce solutions, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality e commerce solutions.

- Define technical strategies, architecture, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and business stakeholders, to align technical development with business objectives.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Implement Agile methodologies and ensure continuous improvement in development processes.

- Provide mentorship and career development support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of e-commerce platforms and applications.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 8+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Proficiency in modern web frameworks and technologies.

- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, microservices architecture, and API integrations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

- Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or personalization technologies in e-commerce.

- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
